Here, you find your own. Through Human Design, honest conversation, and the steady work of coming home to yourself.
For the mother who did everything right and still doesn't feel like herself....
The milk spilled again and you snapped harder than the moment deserved.
The school form sat on the counter for four days because you couldn't bring yourself to make one more decision.
Last night, you did the 11pm search again — not "why won't my toddler sleep," but "how to feel like yourself again".
You're still a woman, not just a mother. But somewhere in the last few years, that part of you went quiet.
She's calm. Consistent. Endlessly available to everyone but herself.
She checks in before she does anything, softens every decision, and manages the emotional temperature of every room she's in.
She sounds completely reasonable. On the surface, every one of those things looks like love.
You keep trying to become her, and wondering why it never works.
It never will.
She's a template built for someone else's energy, someone else's nervous system, someone else's way of making decisions.
You were never failing at motherhood. You were just trying to do it with the wrong template.
Your design is different. Once you can see it, everything changes.
Human Design is a map of how you're specifically wired to operate — how you make decisions, use your energy, and feel like yourself.
It's not a personality test. It's a precise picture of who you were before you started shaping yourself around everyone else's expectations.
Once you can see your design, you stop guessing. You understand why the advice that works for other moms has never quite worked for you. You start making decisions from what you already know — instead of from what everyone else says you should do.
This is the map Aligned, Not Perfect and In Her Era are both built around.
I just wrapped up this incredible six-week container for moms that blends Human Design, nervous system regulation, and practical tools you can actually use in everyday life.
My favorite part wasn’t even my own experience, it was watching the other moms transform in real time. We met weekly and stayed connected in a WhatsApp group, so we got to witness each other practicing these tools through real-life motherhood moments.
I spend so much time learning that I sometimes forget the goal isn’t to collect more information, it’s to actually live it. This container felt like living it. It was one of those experiences that reminds you that personal growth doesn’t have to happen alone. If you’re a mom who’s craving more alignment (instead of another list of things to “fix”), I can’t recommend it enough.
'If you’re a mom who’s overwhelmed, you’re going to want to listen up.'
JENA, MOM OF ONE
ALIGNED NOT PERFECT GRAD
Before joining Aligned, Not Perfect, I described my nervous system as “fried.” The postpartum season and these recent days with a young toddler had me feeling unlike myself. I experienced more overwhelm, frustration, feelings of defeat, and a sense that I wasn’t good enough than ever before.
I can say with complete confidence that this program has helped me access, once again, the part of myself that is centered, peaceful, and attuned to both my needs and my child’s needs. Now, when moments of frustration arise, I can move through them more easily. My nervous system has finally recalibrated after almost two years.
Erin and Alyssa lead this program with expertise, compassion, openness, and joy. And the ability to connect with other women in a nonjudgmental, safe space is truly invaluable. This is what we need, greater connection to ourselves and to other mothers.
I’m deeply grateful for this experience!
'This program is exactly what my mind, body, and spirit needed as a new mom. '
JOELLE, MOM OF ONE
ALIGNED NOT PERFECT GRAD
The community of women helped me feel less alone and the validation of understanding my human design is something that has changed my life for the better. I'm so grateful to Erin and Alyssa for holding space, sharing their knowledge and helping me to become the best human and mother to myself and my family.
My aesthetician who hadn't seen me in 12 weeks said to me "You are glowing. Motherhood really looks beautiful on you." In that moment, I realized I also felt different -- more calm and grounded than I had been in years. All because I had taken the time and space to learn about nervous system regulation and human design to continue on my evolution as a mother and woman.
"It was the program I didn't know I needed during a time that I felt like I was at capacity for"
JACQUIE, MOM OF THREE

From the outside, my life looked right. Three kids. A full calendar. All the boxes checked. But inside, I didn't feel like myself.
I read the books. I did the research. I was prepared. But then nothing felt the way I thought it would and compared myself to other moms who looked like they had it all figured out. I thought something was wrong with me.
Nothing was wrong with me.
I had just spent my whole life succeeding by following someone else's rules, and motherhood was the first time those rules couldn't help me.
What actually changed things wasn't another framework. It was learning my Human Design — a precise map for how I'm wired to live, decide, and parent, instead of a generic version of the "good mom" I kept failing to become.
I stopped calling it a breakdown. It was a waking up.
I work with mothers in that same moment. Women who look fine and feel lost, who are done trying to be something they're not, and outsourcing their decisions to others.
I help them come home to who they've always been so they can find their own unique way of navigating motherhood.
A free guide based on your energy type and what it actually looks like to parent from it, instead of against it.
You were never meant to mother like everyone else
A six-week group container. You get your Human Design map, nervous system tools to help you actually live from it, and a first real look at the good mom template you've been living by — held alongside other women who are waking up to the same thing.
This is where most women start.
A twelve-week 1:1 container, built entirely around your specific design and your specific life.
Unlearning, reclamation, embodiment.
By the end, you stop watching your life happen from the sidelines. You're standing in the center of it — finally, fully you.
IN YOUR ERA.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming home to who you already are.
